Refund & Returns Policy
NovaPeptide sells products exclusively for research purposes. Please read this policy carefully.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it. However, this right does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once the seal has been broken.
Returning an Order
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@novalabs-peptides.nl. Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and in an unaltered condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@novalabs-peptides.nl with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
Exceptions
Products whose seal has been broken are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products (research chemicals). NovaPeptide reserves the right to refuse return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
