Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Nova Labs Last updated: May 2026.
1. Identity of the Trader
Nova Labs, sole trader (eenmanszaak/ZZP), established in the Netherlands. CoC: 94882584. VAT: NL005115494B28. Email: info@novalabs-peptides.nl
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from NovaPeptide and to every agreement concluded between NovaPeptide and the customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
3. Products and Use
All NovaPeptide products are intended solely for scientific research in a controlled laboratory environment. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use. The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros inclusive of VAT (where applicable). NovaPeptide reserves the right to change prices. Payment is made via cryptocurrency through BTCPay Server. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are indicative. NovaPeptide is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as carriers or customs.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product seal has not been broken. Products whose seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.
7. Liability
NovaPeptide is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to comply with safety protocols. NovaPeptide's liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order.
8. Force Majeure
NovaPeptide is not liable for failures to fulfil obligations resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, government measures, or supplier disruptions.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where NovaPeptide is established. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr
10. Amendments
NovaPeptide reserves the right to amend these terms. Amended terms apply to orders placed after the date of amendment.
